My wife has been doing Keto for over a year, and I wanted a bigger impact on my weight, so I started doing Keto as of February 17th 2024 my weight being 221.5 lbs. I've been on Keto now for over a week, and I have lost close to 8 lbs. Very excited to see what happens in the next few weeks!
Today is the day. July 12th 2019 was the start of my Intermittent Fasting regiment. I was hoping to complete two weeks - because they say that it because a habit and it's all down hill from there. Well today, I have not stayed on my intermittent fasting plan for two weeks but for two years and YES I've been maintained a low weight throughout these two years! I've tried calorie reduction diets, but always ended up heavier then I start, and my weight was up and down every year. Anyway i don't know if IM is right for you, but it worked for me in a big way!
